Official Teton County Contacts
Use the office that controls the record or custody state you need. Teton County Sheriff’s Office remains the principal arrest and incident-record contact. Madison County Jail is the current physical custody facility for Teton inmates under the arrangement effective January 1, 2026.

These contacts serve different purposes. The following routes keep a current custody question separate from an incident report, court outcome, or correctional record.
- For a TCSO arrest report, booking record, or photograph request, use the sheriff’s live public-information page and identify the person, date, incident, and exact record. Reports are ordinarily available after completion and approval in seven to ten days, unless a deeper investigation takes longer. Ask for a fee estimate and statutory basis because no fixed booking-photo fee was verified.
- For current Teton custody at Madison, contact the jail or search Idaho VINELink. A missing result may reflect intake timing, release, transfer, identifier problems, or a protected record.
- For a just-booked person, consult the same-day arrest guide. No official public Teton 24-hour feed was located.
- For a filed case, charge changes, hearings, or disposition, use Idaho iCourt or the Teton County Clerk. Court Assistance at the courthouse, (208) 589-9872, offers navigation help but is not a warrant-confirmation line or records custodian.
- For a person under state correctional jurisdiction, including incarceration, probation, or parole, use the Idaho Department of Correction Resident/Client Search. It is not the Teton County jail roster.
- For federal prison custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator. For immigration detention, use the DHS/ICE Online Detainee Locator. Neither is a continuation of the Teton booking system.
The Teton County recent-arrests hub explains how booking, custody, photographs, records requests, warrants, and court disposition fit together. Government offices may redact or withhold juvenile, victim, medical, sealed, investigative, or other protected material.
