How Victor Arrests Work
Victor is the biggest city in Teton County, home to about 2,157 people. It has no police booking portal of its own. No city arrest list exists. There is no photo roster or daily blotter either. Public notices from the city point to the Teton County Sheriff's Office for speed patrols and event support, so the sheriff-coordinated label fits best. A TCSO deputy may make the arrest, but custody happens well outside city limits. The TCSO jail page states that every Teton County inmate has been housed at Madison County Jail in Rexburg. That has been the arrangement since January 1, 2026. TCSO still takes enforcement calls and incident reports for Victor. Madison handles the intake, booking, release, and transport side. That split means one website search will not answer every arrest question.
Where Victor Arrests Appear
Go to official channels first. None of them publishes a Victor roster or booking-photo feed. So a solid lookup means using several sources depending on where the person sits in the custody process. The Teton County recent-arrest hub maps out the full county records path.
| Channel | What it covers | Photo and authority |
|---|---|---|
| TCSO jail page | Current facility guidance for Teton inmates | Official; no public photo view |
| Idaho VINELink | Person-specific custody status and alerts | Official; not a photo feed |
| Madison County Jail | Current physical custody and intake | Official; photographs at intake, no Teton gallery |
| TCSO records request | Incident report, booking record, requested photo | Official; release reviewed case by case |
| Valley Signal blotter | Weekly dispatch narratives that may name Victor | News source; delayed and incomplete |
The Teton jail posts no app showing Victor bookings or photos. TCSO does link Idaho VINELink, though that service sends custody alerts rather than a browsable list. Social media can offer leads on incidents. No complete booking archive lives there.
Find Someone Arrested in Victor
Timing shapes the search. A fresh arrest may still be in intake and invisible online. Neither TCSO nor Madison publishes a same-day posting schedule or a set roster refresh time. Weekend rules are simply not stated.
- Check Arrests Last 24 Hours for the current no-feed fallback and link to the official jail guidance.
- Search the person in Idaho VINELink by name or an available ID. Compare multiple matches carefully.
- Call TCSO for the Victor incident or Madison County Jail for current physical custody when a result is absent or unclear.
- Request the arrest report, booking sheet, or booking photograph from the proper custodian with a name, date, and Victor location.
- Search Idaho iCourt for the filed charge and disposition after the case reaches court.
Each step answers a different question. VINELink shows custody status and can send alerts. A report covers the law-enforcement event itself. The booking record documents intake, and the court file holds the legal result. A release from Madison clears the in-custody flag while the report and court case remain.
Victor Arrest Records Requests
Direct each request to the office that holds the record. For a TCSO arrest report tied to Victor, the sheriff's public-information request page is the right door. Completed and approved reports typically take seven to ten days after the incident unless deeper investigation is needed. No guaranteed booking-photo fee is published, and release of an image is never promised. A strong request names the person and the approximate arrest date. Include the Victor location, the arresting agency, and the exact record wanted. If a booking photo is part of it, ask whether TCSO or Madison County Jail keeps it. Madison's own detention description confirms that staff photograph people at intake. That does not mean public display follows. Investigative exemptions, juvenile details, victim information, medical material, and redactions can all shape what comes out.

Victor City Records Are Different
Victor City Hall keeps city records, not a police booking database. Its public-record request page requires a specific request and states plainly that the city does not create documents that do not exist. Use it for administrative records only. A sheriff incident report, booking sheet, custody confirmation, or booking photo belongs with TCSO or Madison, depending on who holds it. The city sets fees under Idaho Code section 74-102. The first two hours of labor are generally free. Charges are possible for extra labor, copies, electronic media, and third-party costs. That schedule does not transfer to a sheriff request. No Teton booking-photo fee is published, so ask the receiving agency for an estimate and its basis.

Knowing the difference saves time. City Hall answers only for records it keeps. Sheriff and Madison jail records follow their own review paths.
Victor Arrests Move to Madison
The Madison County Jail arrangement is the key booking fact right now. Older search results may mention a Jefferson County deal. Some hint at a local Teton jail. The current TCSO page governs: Madison has held Teton inmates since January 1, 2026. Madison's detention unit serves agencies inside and outside its own county, including Teton. It handles booking, fingerprinting, photographing, and releases. It also handles transports and daily records. Madison County Detention's official page lays out the facility's role after a Victor arrest.

Victor arrest records travel a split path. The Teton County Sheriff's Office may keep the arrest or incident report. Madison handles intake and jail material after the move. VINELink carries the custody data. The Teton court holds whatever case gets filed. So ask each office only for the slice it actually controls.
Victor Weekly Arrest Reporting
For weekly arrest coverage around Victor, the Valley Signal Health and Safety section stands out. Its Sheriff Blotter is built from TCSO dispatch logs. New editions appear weekly or by issue. That makes it handy for a multi-day view, especially when a story names Victor or flags an event location.

A blotter is news coverage, not a live custody list. Week 32 covered August 2 through 8, 2026. It logged 302 dispatch calls. Week 27 spanned June 28 through July 4 with 483. Those figures count calls, not people, bookings, or Victor-only arrests. Citations, traffic stops, welfare checks, and arrests can all sit side by side. They share space in a single edition. For a fuller breakdown of multi-day sources, read Police Blotter.
Unofficial Victor Arrest Sources
The big arrest aggregators offer little for Victor. Mugshots.com has a Teton County page. It is small and dated. Busted Newspaper, RecentlyBooked, Arrests.org, and Mugshots.zone list no verified Teton-local coverage. Idaho Blotter shows a Teton row that sits empty. None of these can confirm who is in custody right now.
Teton Valley News is a regional weekly without a current arrest or mugshot section. East Idaho News covers occasional Teton Sheriff incidents, though it keeps no searchable roster. Cross-border confusion adds another wrinkle. Teton County Idaho and Teton County Wyoming get mixed up often. Always check the agency, state, and date before treating a story as a Victor event.
Aggregator pages can lag or cling to old entries. They also lack court outcomes. Start with TCSO, Madison custody, VINELink, and Idaho iCourt instead. No booking-photo gallery is needed for any of that. Custody can be confirmed, a report requested, and release alerts registered without one.
